Common warning signs

• Asking for money for registration, training, uniform, documents or "security".
• Offers by WhatsApp or email from free email addresses with no interview.
• Pressure to pay or decide immediately.
• Salary far above what the role normally pays.
• No office address, or one that cannot be verified.

How to verify a recruiter

1. Search the agency on Google Maps and read the reviews.
2. Call the official number on its website, not a number sent in a message.
3. Ask for the employer's name and check the company independently.
4. Never pay before you have a written offer from a company you have verified.
